audrey, I feel really bad for you, but skin whitening scams are VERY common on discussion boards. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE that wants you to send large amounts of money and wont accept credit cards. Its a sign of a scam. Hopefully nobody else will be scammed. btw, try this board for better info:
