be correctly submitted to the U.S. State Department. We will send you by email a

photos MUST BE 2
inches x 2 inches square (50mm x 50mm) One
person per photo. Clear focus. Must be recent photo. Must show FRONT of face. Not turned to side,
not tilted up or down, and should cover about 50% of the photo area. Background
must be neutral pale color. No hats, no sunglasses, no lentes; people whose
religion requires head coverings must show the entire face. NO military, no
airline or other work hats are allowed!
If your photos are not correctly done, we will return your money order to you
